Free Baking course is valid with a minimum spend of $2,500 in 1 single receipt. If the total spend of $2,500 includes the eligible Oven model, 2 Baking courses will be entitled.

CONDENSED MILK PUDDING
Preparation Time: 10 min Cook Time: 40 min
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 6-8 PAX
1 cup White Sugar 1 canned Condensed Milk 1 canned Dairy Milk 3 Eggs
PREPARATION
1. Pour the sugar into a skillet and cook. Stir continuously until sugar is caramelized. Once caramelized sugar starts to turn brown, remove from heat. Pour into mold pan and set aside to cool down.
2. In a blender, mix the condensed milk, dairy milk and eggs. Blend everything. Add mixture to the mold pan. Cover with thin foil.
3. With the BI Steam Oven, use Steam with Forced Air and cook for 20 minutes at 180°C or until it becomes solid state.
4. After the milk pudding has cooled down, leave in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
5. Once ready, gently run a table knife around the mold pan to loosen the pudding, and then carefully flip it over a large plate to serve.
