2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Large Onion - thinly sliced
½ tsp Minced Garlic
½ tsp Salt
500g Brown Button Mushrooms - sliced
200g Turkey Ham
½ tsp Dried Thyme Leaves
¼ tsp Ground Black Bepper
½ cup Shredded Cheddar
6 10" Square Sheets of Frozen Puff Pastry
1 Egg
Chopped Chinese Parsley

1) Heat olive oil and add the onions and salt.
2) Saute the mushrooms and turkey ham until tender for about 5 minutes. Add garlic, thyme, and black pepper. Stir in the cheese.
3) On a lightly floured work surface, roll out the puff pastry into an even 10.5-inch square. With a 2" round cookie or biscuit cutter, cut the pastry into rounds (alternatively, you can slice the puff pastry into squares).
4) Transfer the cut puff pastry to a prepared baking sheet. Cook in Microwave oven for 7 minutes on a Dual Crisp function until golden brown. Top each puff pastry with 1 tbsp of the mushroom and turkey ham filling.
5) Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm or at room temperature.
