Please note that Products which are not registered in accordance with the terms and conditions herein contained and/or where valid proof of purchase is not available, or if available, has been altered or is illegible, then the said Product shall be deemed to be outside the coverage of this Warranty.

4. This Warranty is only valid in Singapore, and the Product is not eligible for any international warranty service.

5. This Warranty is valid only for the end-customer who is a consumer and whose name is registered in the warranty registration ("Purchaser" or "you") and for a Product which serial and/or model number corresponds with the Product Installation Location specified at the Website.

6. This Warranty is not assignable and/or transferrable.

7. This Warranty does not cover accessories that are sold separately.

Warranty Period

8. The specified Warranty Period for the Product is valid from the date of purchase of the Product and the Product is warranted against defects in quality and materials under normal, non-commercial use (excluding fair and normal wear and tear).

10. This Warranty will automatically terminate upon the expiry of the Warranty Period (or the Additional Period specified in the Additional Warranty Coverage, where applicable) as calculated from date of purchase as stated in the invoice for the Product even if the Product may not be in use for any time during the Warranty Period (or the Additional Period specified in the Additional Warranty Coverage, where applicable) for any reason whatsoever, including any technical breakdowns, and any time taken for any repairs or replacements of parts for the Product and transit time.
